Mr. Wang founded SmartHeat and was appointed Director, CEO and Chairman in 2002. Prior to that, Mr. Wang was the Assistant General Manager of Beijing HotNet Company, a large PHE components supplier in China. Mr. Wang gained substantial industry experience during his tenure as the sales manager at Honeywell China between 1996 and 1999. He started his professional career in 1994 as a Regional Sales Director at ALFA LAVAL, a global leader in the PHE industry. Mr. Wang earned a Master's Degree in Engineering from China's "MIT" - the renowned Tsinghua University. Mr. Wang is fluent in English.
Mr. Wenbin Lin Founder and Director
Wenbin Lin is one of the original founders of SmartHeat Inc. in 2002. Mr. Lin served as Chairman of Shenyang Thermoelectric Corp. and throughout his career has held a variety of positions within the government of Shenyang City in the People's Republic of China, including Director of the Economic Development & Reform Commission, Director of Shenyang City's Economics & Trade Commission and Deputy Director for the Economic Planning Commission. Mr. Lin holds a Bachelor's degree in Press Machinery from China's Anshan Steel Technical College.
Mr. Weiguo Wang Ph.D., Chairman of Compensation Committee ¨C Independent
Dr. Weiguo Wang currently serves as Assistant Secretary General of the China Standardization Committee on Boilers and Pressure Vessels. Additionally, Dr. Wang serves as a Director of the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Agency and Deputy General Manager of Boilers Standard (Beijing) Technology Services Center Co., Ltd. since March 2004. Previously, Dr. Wang was a teacher at Tianjin University, China. Dr. Wang holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanics, a Master's degree in Fluid Mechanics and a Ph.D. in Fluid Mechanics, all from Beijing University.
Mr.Arnold Staloff Chairman of Audit Committee ¨C Independent
Arnold Staloff began his career with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Trading and Markets Division in 1968. He was the former President of the Philadelphia Board of Trade in 1985. He served as an officer of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange from 1971 to 1989. Mr. Staloff also served as a member of the Board of Governors, Executive Committee and Chairman of the Foreign Currency Options Committee of the Philadelphia Stock Exchange and served on its Finance, Marketing, Steering and New Products Committees. He has been featured as the inventor of currency options in The Vandals' Crown, (Millman, Free Press, 1995). He was the former Chairman of SFB Market Systems, Inc., a firm that manages all options symbols within the United States. Prior to that, he served as President and CEO of Bloom Staloff Corporation, an equity and options market making firm and foreign currency options floor broker. He also served as President and CEO of The Commodity Exchange, a leading futures exchange. In addition, he has served as a board member of several other organizations including the Options Clearing Corporation, the Composite Tape Association, the Options Price Reporting Authority, the National Futures Association, the Swiss Commodities, Futures, and Options Association, and the Variety Club for Handicapped Children. Mr. Staloff also currently serves as an independent board member and Chairman of Audit Committees for NASDAQ listed Shiner International, Inc. and AgFeed Industries, Inc.
Mr.Xin Li Chairman of Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee ¨C Independent
Mr. Li brings more than a decade of corporate governance and industrial operations management experience to SmartHeat. He is a renowned management consultant in China. He is currently the general manager of Beijing ShengGao Consulting Co., Ltd, a strategic advisory firm founded by him more than 10 years ago that focuses on providing strategic guidance and management training to global companies. He also serves as an independent director and chairs the audit and various governance committees at several large Chinese domestic companies not listed in the United States. Mr. Li is a prolific writer in strategies and management issues. He has authored several books in the areas of management science and strategic planning. Mr. Li is proficient in Mandarin Chinese and English. He has a MBA and is a Research Fellow at the Management Science Center of Beijing University.

Ms. Guo joined SmartHeat in 2002 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that time, she obtained her MBA in Finance from Shenyang's North Eastern University and served as the finance manager of a local Real Estate Development Firm from 1993 to 1999. From 2000 to 2002 she served as director at Shenyang Thermoelectric Co.
Ms. Jane Huajun Ai Corporate Secretary
Ms. Ai has been with SmartHeat since 2002. Prior to joining Smartheat, she was an accountant at Shenyang International Trade Co. and Jin Cheng Industrial Co. Ltd. She has a Bachelor's degree in accounting from North Eastern University in Shenyang. She is fluent in written and spoken English.
Mr. Tie Cheng Vice President, Production
Mr. Cheng earned his degree from Shenyang Industrial University and served as Production Manager at Ting Hsin Int'l, a domestic machinery firm through 2003 when he joined Haerbin Miqi Food Group as Vice General Manager before joining Taiyu in 2005.

Mr. Wen Sha joined SmartHeat as Area Sales Manager in 2005. Prior to that time, he earned his bachelor's degree from Nanjing Normal University's Engineering School in 1992 and served as the General Manager of Nanjing Hui Dun Ltd. for 7 years. In 1999 he joined APV Accessen in Shanghai, a leading international PHE firm, as sales director. Mr. Sha then joined a machinery firm in Nanjing from 2002 to 2004 before joining SmartHeat.
