Service

Every customer order and project at SmartHeat is unique, and as such, we have developed a customer- focused and solution-driven approach grounded in the optimization of technologies, design processes and service.

All sales include delivery, installation and start-up training needed upon implementation. All PHEs and PHE units include a repair & warranty guaranty for 12 and 18 months, respectively.

SmartHeat's staff is available throughout the year to:

  • Assist and supervise start-up and training on installation;
  • Perform on-site inspections where highly corrosive liquids are used in order to detect hairline fractures and cracks that may influence performance;
  • Order spare parts on call for your needs; and
  • Perform cleaning on site in hours or overnight to minimize downtime.

The Company currently has 9 service centers located throughout China as shown below and has plans to open a customer assistance hotline in June 2008 at its Shenyang facility. Click here to see our sales & service locations throughout China.
